Start a project

Three ways to start. All of them reach a person.

A call is usually fastest. If you would rather write it down, the brief below asks the questions we would ask anyway. If you would rather just email, that works too.

Fastest

Book a discovery call

30 minutes, free, no obligation. We will tell you honestly whether this is a fit — and if it isn't, who might be.

If you'd rather write

Send a project brief

Six questions, four minutes. Only the first three are required, and a half-finished brief is still worth sending.

Plain and simple

Just email us

No form, no funnel. A person reads it and replies within one business day.

Tell us about the business problem, not the feature list.

These are the questions we would ask in the first call anyway. Answer what you can. Would rather just talk? Book a call instead.

01 — The problem

In your own words. What goes wrong today, who it affects, and what it costs you.

The workaround is the requirement. Spreadsheets, group chats and sticky notes all count.

02 — The constraints

So we don't propose something out of range.

Whether something external is forcing the date.

ERP, accounting, payroll — anything with an API or a stubborn export.

03 — Where you are

Either answer is fine. If you do, we review rather than redo — a shorter, cheaper engagement.

04 — You
Or book a call — same outcome, less typing.
